Sun Microsystems will officially launch its portfolio of server virtualization tools on September 10, during an event that the company will broadcast on the web. During the event, Sun is expected to announce its very promising server hypervisor, xVM Server, a software based on Solaris and Xen, and version 2 of its administration tool, Sun xVM Ops Center.
Sun is also expected to present its entire portfolio of virtualization solutions, which includes xVM VirtualBox, its virtualisation software for PCs and Macs, and Sun VDI, its desktop virtualization solution.
xVM Server and xVM Ops Center will be available under an open source license, as most of Sun’s software catalog, so that both products should be free to use. Of course, Sun will also propose support options for businesses and key accounts.

Macs are PCs too… maybe you should have specified the OSs instead of the machine… “VirtualBox, its virtualisation software for windows, linux, solaris…”
